Rapid Transformation Therapy: The Method

Rapid Transformational Therapy {RTT} is a hybrid therapy, that offers unparalleled results using hypnosis, regression and through accessing our unconscious beliefs.

 

This modality of hypnosis was developed by the highly acclaimed therapist, Marisa Peer and honed with thousands of clients over three decades. I was personally trained by Marisa in her techniques and became one of the first certified Marisa Peer Practitioners in the US, and I continue training with Marisa frequently to keep deepening in the therapy and techniques.

 

With hypnotherapy we access our subconscious minds, which is where our thoughts, memories and long held beliefs are stored. We all store our beliefs at the subconscious level based off what we’ve observed, what our experiences made us feel, what assumptions we made from those events, and then ultimately make conclusions about ourselves from a very limited viewpoint.

 

That programming is a result of many influences including what we’ve been told by other people, what we tell ourselves, and all of our life experiences, both good and bad. Some of us have programming to be happy and successful, while others, possibly the majority, have programming that makes life difficult.

 

The bad news is that if we don’t actively change our programming, our potential can be crushed and our lives limited by our fears, insecurities, and limitations of our past. We must stop programming ourselves for a life of mediocrity by focusing on what we’re doing wrong.

The good news is that our programming can be changed and improved at any time. We can retrain ourselves to overcome our insecurities, fears, bad habits, and any limiting, potentially destroying beliefs and behaviors we currently have so we can become as successful as we want to be in any area of our lives.

 

Through regression in hypnosis, we’re able to access the subconscious wealth of information of the events, stories and occurrences that created our beliefs so we’re able to understand the basis of where these beliefs we’d like to change came from.

 

Once we’re able to understand how these thoughts and beliefs were formed, which is completely liberating in and of itself, we can go deeper to change them and upgrade them. We can create belief systems that serve us and our vision for our lives.

 

So what does this mean?

It means that with RTT we can effectively work through the programming {old beliefs} as they rapidly come to the surface in order for you to process, understand, heal and rewire new beliefs and thought patterns that support you.

What is hypnosis?

 

Hypnosis is a safe way of accessing our unconscious memories + beliefs, and an effective method of issuing new instructions to it to create seemingly miraculous changes in you, your behavior and your body. Essentially, you’ll be in a deep state of relaxation where your conscious mind is quiet.

You are in control the entire time and it’s completely safe.

I’ve never been hypnotized, how do I know this will work for me? 

 

I thought the same thing before my first session. Luckily hypnosis is a state that happens to us all, likely you experienced it today. You’re not asleep but in a deeply relaxed state much like you experience in meditation.

You can absolutely be hypnotized and experience incredible results with these methods. They’ve been honed over three decades and have been used with thousands of people. They’ll absolutely work for you too.

What does it feel like?

 

You already know what hypnosis feels like, because you have experienced natural hypnotic states every day of your life, when daydreaming or driving or watching TV. These are those pleasant, dreamlike states where we “drift off”.

The safe, intentional hypnosis we use during your sessions is entering these same, natural states deliberately and with awareness. It is a systematic method that allows you to enter these “dreamlike states” and communicate directly with your subconscious and issue new suggestions or instructions. These suggestions are tailor-made for your individual needs, and will be made for you by me. All you have to do is relax and enjoy the experience!

Will I be under your power during hypnosis?

 

No. You are in charge. You cannot be made to do anything and you cannot be taken into hypnosis against your will. It is your experience and you can pull yourself out of it at anytime.

What if I can’t be hypnotized?

 

You can. Everyone can. As long as you wish to enter hypnosis, you will. It’s an easy, enjoyable and thoroughly relaxing process.

What if I uncover something I don’t want to share?

 

You’re in complete control during hypnosis and if you don’t wish to share something, you won’t and I will never pressure you to. It’s ok to keep details to yourself, I can still help you as long as you can tell me how the unnamed details affect you (as in how they make you feel).

How do we connect for a session?

 

I work 100% remotely which means we can work together from wherever you are! I use the platform Zoom {it’s completely free for you to use} so that you can connect with me via computer.
